A credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards.

 

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Deposit terms will be disclosed at booking.

 

Refund Policy

Because services are time-based and customized, all services are final sale. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

 

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers:

  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities

  • Inform us of any allergies, medications (especially retinoids, Accutane, antibiotics), recent procedures, or pregnancy

  • Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician

  • You have a contraindication that makes treatment unsafe

  • You appear ill, have a contagious condition, or present a safety concern
