What are your hours for services?Services will are offered during store hours. When you book your service, you'll be able to see all available hours. Monday: 10-6 Tuesday: 10-6 Wednesday: 10-7 Thursday: 10-6 Friday: 10-6 Saturday: 10-4

How do I book an appointment?We ask that you book all appointments through our online booking system. While you can call the store to book, it's much easier for our team if you do it all online. If you have any issues with the online booking system, please let us know.

Can I use withSimplicity Gift Cards for services?No. The Skin Spa at withSimplicity has its own gift cards that can only be used for services. Regular withSimplicity Gift Cards can only be used on products.

Can I use Simple Perks Loyalty Reward Vouchers on services?No. You cannot earn points for booking services, nor can you redeem discount vouchers on services.

What is your Cancellation Policy?We understand that emergencies do come up from time to time. You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before your appointment either by going through the booking system (you'll have a login) or by calling us at 540-435-4744 during store hours. For all bookings, our system does require credit card information to hold your spot. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price on your credit card on file. If you "no show" for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Where do I park?It is best to park in one of the Downtown Harrisonburg public parking decks or parking lots. The closest deck to our location is located on E Wolfe St. Please do not park in the Truist Bank Parking Lot as you may be towed. If you are towed, withSimplicity is not liable.

When should I arrive for my appointment?Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance. We will have a tea bar that you can help yourself to while waiting. If you are late to your appointment, it cuts into your appointment time. We will not add extra time to your service, nor will you be eligible for a refund.

What forms of payment do you accept for services?We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks.

Can my children come with me?While we love kids and most of us have kids of our own, we ask that you do not bring them to your service as we want to ensure a tranquil, peaceful environment for all. Children cannot be left unattended outside treatment rooms.
